Heel Pain

If you’ve been suffering from heel pain or plantar fasciitis and you’ve found it increasingly difficult to do the things you love to do, including sleep, then this letter may be music to your ears.

Why?

Because you’re about to discover the amazing pain relief program I’ve been teaching for years – even when I had no idea it helped eliminate or prevent stubborn, nagging heel pain, plantar fasciitis and other weaknesses in the foot and ankle, including pain in the Achilles tendon.

I came upon this discovery in my study of a little known Chinese martial art, as well as my practice of chi kung. And the simple, easy-to-follow exercises I was taught promised to strengthen my tendons and ligaments – and by doing them I would be more grounded, more powerful and much quicker in my movements.

Tendon Training is Key to Healthy Feet

Little did I know that in training my tendons with these exercises I was also eliminating the possibility of getting heel pain – and if I was ever unfortunate enough to have it, I’d get rid of it quickly.

Before I learned these exercises, like yourself, I had the dreaded heel pain problem. Each morning when my feet hit the deck I felt shooting and throbbing pain. It hurt so much I limped around much of the day.

But after I learned the exercises that heal this type of pain, I was a changed man. I believe you will be, too.
